To the maximum extent permitted by law, KS Dynamics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
