Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and the right of withdrawal work for purchases made via KS Dynamics. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

2) Definitions
- Consumer: an individual purchasing for purposes outside trade/business.
- Digital products: licenses, software features, downloadable software, and digital services.
- Activation / binding: a digital license is considered “used” once activated, bound to a device/adapter/vehicle, or otherwise made available for use.
3) EU/EEA/UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal (digital products)
If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital products, this right may not apply once immediate digital delivery/performance has begun with your consent and acknowledgement.
How to request withdrawal or refund review:
- Email info@ksdynamics.eu within 14 days and include your order number.
- For digital licenses, tell us whether the license has been activated, bound, downloaded, or otherwise used.
4) Digital products — withdrawal and “immediate delivery”
Digital licenses can be delivered instantly. At checkout, we may ask you to: (a) request immediate delivery/performance, and (b) acknowledge that once delivery/performance begins (or is completed), the right of withdrawal may not apply to that digital product.
Our policy for digital licenses:
- Unactivated license: if you are eligible for withdrawal, we will refund within 14 days of purchase if the license has not been activated/bound and has not been used.
- Activated/bound license: “change of mind” refunds are not available once the license is activated/bound and immediate delivery consent/acknowledgement was collected at checkout.
5) Digital products — if something is wrong (non-conformity)
If a digital product does not work as promised, you may be entitled to remedies (for example: bringing it into conformity, a price reduction, or termination/refund), depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Process: contact support with order number and a short description. If relevant, include logs/screenshots. We will attempt to fix the issue. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may offer a partial or full refund and revoke the license.
6) Refund method and timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe/PayPal) where possible.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days; your bank/provider may take additional time to post it.
- For digital refunds, access may be revoked; you must stop using the digital product and not share it further.
7) Fraud, abuse, and chargebacks
We may deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, or evidence of license circumvention. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend the account and related licenses while investigating.
8) How to request a refund
Email info@ksdynamics.eu and include:
- Order number
- Account email
- Which license or digital product you want refunded
- Reason (optional for withdrawal; helpful for troubleshooting)
- For technical issues: description + logs/screenshots if available
